Flowerstoaustralia.com.au are able to deliver flowers just about anywhere in Australia. All orders received in our office by 2:00pm EST will be for same day delivery (Saturday delivery orders must be made prior to 10:00am for same day delivery, and no Sunday deliveries are made except Mother's Day. Sunday deliveries are made on Mother's day only and no other sunday. During Valentine's Day and Mothers Day where cut-off time may differ and may be brought forward, please call 1300 794 262 if unsure). Alternatively you can specify a particular delivery date in the order form. All flowers are delivered fresh from local florists!

We are able to send orders "Same Day" to metro areas for orders placed after 2pm. This must be done by phone however as we need to check with the florist to ensure delivery.

Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences but cannot guarantee.

Mother's Day Deliveries are all accepted and delivered, but must be ordered by a certain time for guarantee for Mother's Day. If orders placed before cut off time orders will be delivered as requested. (Delivery on Sunday, for Mother's Day, is assumed unless otherwise stated..)

Substitution Policy

Even though outmost care is taken to make sure that the flowers you order at Flowerstoaustralia.com.au are what is actually delivered to the recipient, on some occasions, flowers are not available in all the cities all the time. In Smaller towns and cities the Exotic Flowers or rarer flowers such as peach coloured roses may not be available.

Many flowers are seasonably available and this may vary depending on the season and location. A particular flower may be available in Victoria in March but may not be available in Darwin due to the temperature. Sometimes, therefore, the florist may need to substitute one flower variety for another. But you will never be disappointed because all our florist adhere to strict substitution guidelines as layed down by us which are detailed below:

With the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order once it has been placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund back to your credit card (less a $10.00 administration charge). We are unable to offer a refund on the day of dispatch as the flowers and gifts will already be on the way.

Deliveries

In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we investigate your order.
If in advent you have given us a wrong address we are more than willing to redeliver you order with a additional $10.00 delivery charge.If the recipient is not at the deliver address you have given, our expert couriers will do the best to leave the flowers in a safe location. If however we are unable to find a safe location our drivers will bring your flowers back , and we will contact the sender to arrange a new deliver time and date, in this situation we will charge an additional $10.00 delivery and admin fee.

What time will my order get there ?
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday (excluding Public Holidays relevant to the local delivery area requested) during business hours (9am To 5.30pm) to business addresses and between 9am and 6.30pm to residential addresses and hospitals.
While you may suggest a preferred delivery time e.g. morning or afternoon, we unfortunately cannot guarantee actual delivery time as this can often be impacted by an independent courier's pre-set delivery schedule and / or can be impacted by excess traffic, weather and so on. Every best effort will be made to suit your requirements however please contact us for further information if you are concerned about our ability to meet your delivery requirements. Please note that we will generally require a minimum of 3 business hours to arrange a delivery.
Please note that while deliveries to hospitals will be made between 9am and 6.30am, we generally cannot deliver directly to the recipient but are required to deliver to certain locations within the hospital (such as reception) depending upon individual hospital procudures. It is then the hospital staff's responsibility to forward your order to the recipient. This can often add up to 4 hours to a delivery time meaning that from time to time recipient's may not receive your gift until 8.30pm in the evening of the required delivery day.

Will you send a confirmation of delivery ?
Once your order has been processed online, a Tax Invoice will automatically be sent to the email address you have supplied on your order. All details pertaining to your order will be displayed on the Tax Invoice. Please let us know by phone or return email if any of these details are incorrect as soon as possible.
Please note that the Tax Invoice, while for your own records, is sent automatically and therefore is only confirmation from us that we have received your order and NOT confirmation that it can be fulfilled as requested or that your credit card has been successfully processed. If we expect to experience problems delivering your order or your credit card has declined we will contact you as soon as possible during business hours by email and / or phone.
We do not provide confirmation that your order has been delivered as a standard service however you are more than welcome to contact us to confirm your delivery status.

What if I'm not happy with my order?
We want your online experience with us to be easy and enjoyable. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order once received, goods will either be replaced or the cost of goods (or part of) will be refunded.

Can I specify a time of delivery ?
In most Metro areas, we can accommodate a delivery time (approximate) as long as we have enough time. For example, we cannot deliver before 10am for an order placed during the night. As a general rule, we cannot deliver prior to 11am as all flowers and gifts are done fresh and we need time to make it and deliver. In most case we do not have any problems with deliveries specified "before 4pm" if placed prior to 11 am. Please not that in country and rural areas, courier deliveries are minimal and thus in a lot of cases there is only on run per day and a timed delivery is not possible. If unsure, it is best to either order early and/or contact us to check about the possibility od this.
