Help Coupons and Gift Certificates

Coupons can be used only once. They deduct the face value from the amount of purchase for products
only. If your purchase totals $80 and the coupon has a face value a face value of $60,
you will only need to pay for $20.
If You have a $50 coupon but your total purchase is $45, the remaining $5 of the coupon cannot be reused. Coupons are are sent to VIP customers during promotions.

Gift certificates act more like cash and can be reused. If a person has a $60 gift certificate, and purchases
$40 worth of goods plus $10 shipping, the remaining $10 can be used again at some later time. If you need to purchase a gift voucher, click on the link called "Order Gift Voucher" . These vouchers need to be activated by one of our staff members and this may take a couple of hours. This is to verify that payment has been received. If you need quick activation, you will need to pay by Credit Card or PayPal.

Gift Certificates are also used by us internally for Store Credits, Free Upgrades etc..

* Within Australia if ordered by 2pm EST (Monday to Friday) or by 10am Saturday. Excludes Valentine's Day and Mothers Day where cut-off times may differ and may be brought forward by a few hours. Excludes some remote parts of Australia where an additional 24 to 48 hours may be required for delivery or delivery may not be possible.

** Sunday deliveries are made on Mother's Day only and no other Sunday. No deliveries on Public Holidays. Please call us on 1300 794 262 if you would like to confirm delivery.

Please note that business day deliveries are made during business hours (9am To 5.30pm) to business addresses and sometimes up to 7pm to residential addresses and hospitals.
Deliveries on Saturdays are usually between 9am and 4.30pm but may also be later to residential addresses and hospitals.
While you may suggest a preferred delivery time e.g. morning or afternoon, we unfortunately cannot guarantee an actual delivery time.
